Blaen-y-cwm is a 416m forested hill in Torfaen. There are no views due to the heavy forestation, but the walk to it is pleasant enough – and you have the nearby blue waters of the Canyon to explore as well. This route is simply a quick up and back from a nearby layby to tick off the hill.

No idea where the high point was as there are loads of fallen trees and dense cover making it difficult and I had no patience to be wandering around so I just took a couple of vague photos and headed back to the car. Not a hill I would ever walk again.
