Summit number seven on this difficult 9 mountain circular walk. Probably the least photogenic and memorable of the peaks with gentle ascent and descents and little of note on the top to photograph.

It is approached across bushy, sinky, soft ground as you make your way towards the fence that cuts across the top.

Not much to see at the summit. | Pentax K SMC 28mm f3.5 @ f8.

However, the views in the distance are really great, taking in a huge vista of mountains, making this a great viewpoint for your place in the wider world.

Given that the path naturally takes you past this summit it is good to tick another mountain off almost incidentally. The views are really worth a pause.
